Air Canada Vacations - Poor Service!

I received an email a week or so ago from a reader (www.twitter.com/MentalApple). I hadn't yet gotten an opportunity to post it when I saw it posted to her site today, so I thought I'd share the link to the blog instead of re-posting the story in its entirety:


When you consider the costs involved in such an experience and the potentially dangerous situations that might befall a stranded traveller in an unfamiliar country, it's clear that Air Canada Vacations leaves much to be desired in the customer service department!

Hopefully spreading the word about this experience will alert others and also result in some changes in the way that Air Canada Vacations treats its patrons.
