Good service - Monastery makes amends

Remember the missing massage at the Monastery? Well, Melanie was lucky enough to be contacted by the manager, who was quick to make amends for the poor service received during her pre-wedding pampering.

Mel writes:

"Spa at the Monastery fixed the chipped pedicure the next day and the manager has said he would see that I was taken care of for the nightmarish visit at my convenience after my wedding, wow, I guess it pays to shop and tell. Thanks for the forum Janet."
